With 30 years in IT, Nazri co-founded ME-Tech after serving as VP of Technology at an international internet consulting firm. He has overseen large-scale enterprise projects for Firefly, AirAsia, Celcom, Star Cruises, Silterra, the Securities Commission, and DHL. His dual engineering background bridges technical rigour with strategic business leadership.
Mohd Nadzri bin Mohamad Zain
Executive Director
BSc (Hons) Software Engineering, Liverpool John Moores University, UK
As Executive Director for 20 years, Nadzri leads enterprise software strategy and project oversight. His deep expertise in Java, IBM WebSphere, and e-commerce BI systems has delivered mission-critical platforms for Firefly, AirAsia, Celcom, Star Cruises, DHL, and multiple government agencies.

Hoo Jia Xiong
Technical Director

Hoo leads all technical delivery at ME-Tech. With 19 years of hands-on software engineering, he has architected and led development for Firefly's web booking engine, mobile app, intranet, extranet, and check-in kiosks, as well as AirAsia BIG's web redemption and mobile platforms.
Muhammad Syafiq B. Jasmin
Project Manager
BSc Intelligent Systems, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM)
Syafiq brings 8 years as Project Manager and 4 years as Technical Manager to every engagement. Leveraging Agile methodology, he has driven on-time delivery for Firefly and AirAsia BIG, coordinating cross-functional teams across web, mobile, and simulator projects.
Nor Fadillah Mohd Junaidak
Senior Software Engineer
Bachelor in Computer Science, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM)
Fadillah specialises in iOS and full-stack development. She has shipped and maintained the Firefly Airlines mobile app since 2018, led iOS development for AirAsiaBIG Rewards, and built the backend and mobile apps for tripPAX, servisJer, and SewaJer.
Mohamad Kamarul Akmal bin Rosli
Senior Software Engineer
BSc Information Technology (Networking), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM)
Kamarul drives Android and cross-platform mobile development. He has built apps for AirAsia BIG, Firefly, ServisJer, MakanJer, SewaJer, and rojerBro. His earlier 3D design work on the Bridge Ship Handling Simulator adds a unique hardware-integration perspective to his engineering practice.
Muhammad Afiq Bin Alusrizan
Software Engineer
Bachelor of Computer Science (Mobile Computing) with Honours
Afiq covers web and mobile development with a focus on backend APIs and business system integrations. His project portfolio spans the Firefly app revamp, SenangApps, AI CCTV, the ACORE ERP system, and e-commerce integrations across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
Abdul Hazim bin Abdul Rahman
Office Manager
Diploma in Business Studies, Politeknik Kuching
Hazim ensures the operational backbone of ME-Tech runs smoothly. He manages HR and payroll, invoicing, statutory compliance, and day-to-day administration — keeping the business side of project delivery on track so the engineering teams can focus on building.
