The Challenge
Maxis staff needed faster, more accurate content search. Without structured metadata, finding the right content in internal systems was slow. They needed a solution connected to their Clarify CRM system to pull and apply Reason Code metadata.
Our Solution
ME-Tech built an ASP/ASP.NET intranet application with Microsoft SQL Server, integrating with the Clarify CRM system to pull Reason Code metadata. Staff can tag content items with the appropriate codes from a centralised interface, creating structured metadata for fast, accurate search.
Results
Delivered in two months. The tagging application significantly improved content discoverability for Maxis staff by adding CRM-sourced metadata to previously unstructured content.
